– Onboarding Process: The speed that new vendors and employees got on-boarding was a few days vs. months.

– Communication frequency: at every step of the process, ARCH has given me updates and copied me on conversations with the vendors and employees.

– Clear contact list: When anyone on my end (family, vendor, employee) has questions, we know who to call or email.
